CEO of Grupo Agroindustrial Zaragoza

Pedro Zaragoza Fuentes is the head of a corporation called Grupo Agroindustrial Zaragoza. The business
is an umbrella organization with more than 30 subsidiary companies, which together employ more than
8,000 workers.

Primarily a dairy farm, Grupo Agroindustrial Zaragoza, originally Lecheria Zaragoza, was founded by Mr.
Pedro’s father and uncle more than sixty years ago. It focuses on producing, pasteurizing, and marketing
milk throughout Mexico. Pedro Zaragoza Fuentes and his brother Jorge took over the company in 1970,
and the business is now known as the largest milk company in the country, with a presence in five
different cities. Grupo Agroindustrial Zaragoza produces more than 1 million liters of milk every day.

The Zaragoza Agro-Industrial Group currently operates under Pedro Zaragoza, in 13 Northern-Mexican
states. Mr. Zaragoza also owns two stadiums and eighty gas stations in Juarez, as well as numerous
leisure centers along the Mexican-U.S. border.
